Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is designed to guard your order against damage, loss, or theft during the delivery process. If your package is affected by one of these issues in transit, the protection provides a resolution path for your order.

Shipping protection is an optional add-on that you can choose to include with your order. It is not automatically applied, so you can decide whether to add it based on your preference and the value of the items you are ordering.

If you have purchased shipping protection and your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, contact customer support with your order details. The protection allows for a resolution process to be initiated for affected deliveries.
